Generalized Anxiety Disorder, or GAD, is a psycho-emotional disorder affecting millions of Americans.   While this growing disorder is well understood by the medical community, with widespread success in its treatment, it is widely misunderstood by average Americans. Given these possible sources of causal relationship to this disorder, it follows that most patients are interested in understanding the specific cause of their particular case and how that may help them to cope with or eliminate the disorder. The experts all agree that unless strong environment or genetics are involved, there are good early indications for significant improvement and elimination of anxiety attacks and this condition overall.
