The Unexplainable Store Review

June 21, 2008 By: Health and Wellness Category: Meditation No Comments →

The Unexplainable Store is an online store that sells audio files called binaural beats that help you to sleep, relax, lose weight, enhance your memory etc.

I was a bit sceptical at first because I wasnt sure what binaural beats were, but it seems that it works by broadcasting two separate frequencies in each ear by way of stereo headphones. You need to lie down or relax in a comfortable chair in a quiet place. I found though that the music was lovely and relaxing and the whole experience very pleasant.

I felt myself relaxing though even with the sample version so expect pretty effective results from the full versions as you really do go deeper.

The Unexplainable Store does have a large range of categories to choose from including the ones I mentioned before and others like Telepathy, Past Life Regression, Spirit Guide, Astral Projection and Lucid Dreaming. They offer a money back guarantee which kind of clinched it for me. You can order a free 10 minute sample and I found it was a good way to try to see if you like what they offer first.

The Power of Positive Thinking

Coaching | Self Help | Self Improvement | Mental Health
Recent studies have shown that attitude, above education and other factors, has the biggest impact on your future success. If you have dreams that you want to achieve, you better start by evaluating your attitude.

Having a positive attitude and becoming a positive thinker is the most important step you can take in achieving your dreams. The best part is that it is relatively easy to become a positive thinker. It is just a matter of changing your habits of thought.

Positive thinking just requires that you change the way you handle the circumstances of your life. You want to start paying attention to the thoughts that you have throughout the day. Most of us have an internal monologue that goes through our minds during the day. Have you ever paid close attention to those thoughts?

Make it a habit to start monitoring your thoughts. Notice how many times in the day you are feeling discouraged, critical, sad, depressed or any one of many negative emotions. To set yourself up for better success, you’ve got to start thinking more positively.

Speak to the Universe of Success Using Aikido Principles

May 16, 2008 By: Health and Wellness Category: Meditation No Comments →

It is important to bring together the mind, body and spirit to experience true success in life.

In my many decades of practicing Aikido, I have come across four invariable truths called the Four Basic Principles of Aikido. Actually, there are really five of them and I call them the Five Noble Truths. I have found that the principles are not limited to Aikido but ones that you can use everyday to attract success into your life.

FOCUS ON YOUR ONE POINT
Keep One Point teaches you to keep focused.

If you are not focused, you are saying to the universe of success, “my mind is cluttered, there is no room for success.”

RELAX
If you are not relaxed, it is a big “Speak-to-the-Hand” sign to the Universe of Success. You are putting up a mental stop sign called stress.

KEEP YOUR WEIGHT UNDERSIDE
Don’t say to the Universe of Success, “Go away, I can’t take anymore weight on my shoulders.”

EXTEND KI ENERGY
If your ki does not flow, you will be saying to the Universe of Success, “I don’t want to give my ki up to you. Give me, give me, give me.” Don’t expect the Universe of Success to answer.

To determine if each all of the Four Basic Principles have been mastered, one must successfully complete the following simple test. Take a Test: Remove the paper that the disposable chopstick comes in and break the chopstick with it.

Here’s a Hint: If you followed the rules of this exam by thinking to yourself, “Keep One Point, Relax Completely, Keep Weight Underside, Extend Ki,” you would FAIL miserably. The Universe of Success will not be able to hear you through all that chatter in your head.

If the Four Basic Principles were truly mastered, you already understood the Fifth Noble Truth.

THE FIFTH NOBLE TRUTH is: Forget Everything - Just Do
For example, when you learned how to drive a stick shift; you had to learn how to shift gears, step on the gas, work the dashboard and the brakes, never mind all the traffic rules. Remembering to do all of the steps at once resulted in frightened looks from people you almost ran over.

But things surprisingly changed after mastery. You don’t recall pulling out of the parking lot and you don’t care because you are enjoying the smooth ride to empowerment. This is the Fifth Noble Truth – Just Do. It’s nothing new. When you open your mind to the Universe, happiness, business opportunities, relationships immediately open up just for you and you will be there to accept it.

Timeless Wisdom for Manifestation

January 11, 2008 By: Health and Wellness Category: Meditation No Comments →

Picture this for a minute. Think of a task, or something that requires your full attention to complete. It can be anything, just as long as it really takes all of your attention.

Now imagine what it would be like for there to be two people, one on each side of you, talking to you trying to keep you from accomplishing your task. They are whispering in your ear at one moment, then yelling the next.

How do you think you would be feeling while this is going on?

If you’re anything like me, it would very annoying. It would be worse than running through a swarm of flies that keep going along with you swarming right just above your head.

Now that I have your attention, what does this really have to do with manifesting? Well, I think it has a lot to do with manifesting.

Let me explain. I love sports. I have played sports just about my whole entire life. I even participate in a few sports today. Even if you have never played on a team sport before, I believe you will understand what I mean here.

In any sport it can take some time to understand and learn the skills required to perform well. In learning how to play a new sport it can be aggravating when you’re not picking it up right away and not able to enjoy it as much. This can go for any new skill. But, can you expect to be an professionalin a week, or even a month.

No, it takes focus, consistency, and a desire to learn.

Wait! Can these also be the very things you need to manifest what you want in your life?

Well, lets take a closer look?

1. It takes a true desire - In order to know exactly what you want you have to know what you don’t want. You have to know what you want and why you want it. If you don’t know what you want, and why you want it, it is going to be hard to keep focused on it. It really has to be something you really, really desire.

2. It takes consistency – Nothing ever changes without consistency, or should I say ACTION. If I trained only once a week, I would not improve much in my sport. If you want to manifest your desires you are going to have to take ACTION!

There is no way around this. Some people might think all you have to do is meditate, or visualize their desire. No, it can be part of it. You are going to have to go out and take some ACTION. You are going to have to do whatever it will take for you to get what you want, and the universe will do its part.

3. It takes focus – If you want to manifest something in your life you are going to focus time on it. You are going to have to find a way for your desire to be in front of you as often as it can. It can be a picture on your computer, it can be a picture in your car, or maybe on a card you carry with you everywhere you go.

One thing to keep in mind is to not get bogged down with the HOW it will happen. This is where a lot of people get caught up. They want to figure out the how first, and then start taking action. No, you need to know the what, and the how will come.

Take everything in strides. When you first start on your goal, take small steps. Don’t feel like you have to have everything in line to be accomplished. Take the time to learn one to two things that will help you reach your goal. Start applying them and then build from there.
