Max Gxl Does 12 Million In Year One With A Revolutionary Glutathione Supplement

May 14, 2008 By: Health and Wellness Category: Education No Comments →

It’s a known fact, everyone wants to live a longer and happier life. And really, all that is required to achieve this is to have a healthy mind and a healthy body. A healthy body is one which is full of energy, good immunity and a great detoxification system. I’m sure you agree, you need to have all the three for the best results. However something that you may not know is one nutrient specifically plays an important role in providing all three of these, and it is known as ‘Glutathione’. Your body itself synthesizes this vital nutrient and all you have to do is to support your body ability to produce glutathione in adequate amounts.

Glutathione – the anti-oxidant and free radicals
Our body undergoes wear and tear continuously. It is exposed to so many harmful things. It is exposed to stress, pollution, radiation, infection, drugs, poor diet, aging, injury, trauma etc. All these pile up a dangerous group of chemicals called free radicals. These get accumulated in the cells. These free radicals meddle with the normal functioning of the cells.

Free radicals need to be removed if your bodies cells are to function normally. This is where anti-oxidants play a major role. They neutralize these free radicals and prevent them from causing further damage to the cells. Glutathione is the super anti-oxidant that is present inside the cell itself. It is present in all cells and efficiently nullifies the effects of free radicals. The incredible thing is that Glutathione is produced naturally in our body. However as we age we produce less and less, eventually allowing free radicals to run freely in our body. Creating disease and other problems we call, “the signs of aging”

Glutathione and immunity
A weak immune system is helpless in preventing various infections. If your immune system is low, for example if you have an HIV infection, even bacteria that are very mild without causing any disease can enter your body producing various symptoms. The vital molecule glutathione is present in all cells including the cells of the immune system. They readily ward off any kind of infection. You have to keep the optimum level of glutathione inside the cells. All you really have to do is keep a diet rich in glutathione and help your body to create more of it.

To learn more about how you can help your body to produce it’s own natural version of glutathione please visit our website and inquire about max international and our product max gxl

Health Treatments Tips To Enjoying Life With Multiple Sclerosis

May 10, 2008 By: Health and Wellness Category: Education No Comments →

Living with multiple sclerosis can be challenging. Fatigue, vision problems, memory lapses and other MS symptoms can have a major impact on daily activities. However, a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis doesn’t mean the end of living well. There are many techniques, treatments and lifestyle changes that can help you manage your disease. In this article, we’ve got some tips that will help you live independently and stay safe.

All MS treatments can have some side effects and all people with multiple sclerosis respond differently to different medications. Some injected MS treatments may cause flu-like side effects, such as fever, chills, muscle aches and tiredness. For many people, the flu-like side effects lessen or go away over time. If you receive an injected MS treatment, then change the time of day that you take your injection. Many people choose bedtime so they can sleep through many of the side effects. Take over-the-counter pain medications. They can help reduce pain or fever. Tell your healthcare provider right away if you have an allergic reaction to a multiple sclerosis drug.

One of the most difficult parts of living with MS is coping with the mental and physical fatigue. It’s one of the symptoms of MS, but it can also be caused by some medications. Depending on the type of fatigue, your doctor may recommend aerobic exercise, physical therapy or occupational therapy. Prioritizing your responsibilities, pacing yourself, and delegating work to others will help to conserve your energy. Depression is common and it is managed the same way as depression that occurs without the medicine: an antidepressant medication and/or counseling.

Living with multiple sclerosis will mean making changes to your living environment. Making specific changes around the home can significantly reduce injuries or mitigate high-risk situations, such as falling or getting a burn. For the sake of safety, you should have hand rails and other supports installed in the bathtub. You should also use the microwave instead of a traditional stove and kettle. If you do use a stove, then select a model with controls located at the front, use the back burners whenever possible, and use a stove guard which fits around the side or front of the appliance. Buy a kettle and iron with an automatic switch-off.

The world can be a dangerous place when you’re Living With Multiple Sclerosis, so it’s important to take the necessary steps to make your home safe. You can find more advice from The Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, at a multiple sclerosis center or at any source that provides multiple sclerosis information.

Essential Health Guide: Simple Ways To Lose Ten Pounds

May 09, 2008 By: Health and Wellness Category: Education No Comments →

Looking to shift a few pounds. Here are some top tips.

You must not skip meals. The worst thing you can do while watching your diet is skip a meal. It has just the opposite effect of what you want. You need to have at least four regular meals/snacks each day.

Fresh vegetables are better than cooked or canned vegetables. Try to eat some of your vegetables raw. When you cook them, you are in fact taking away nearly half the vitamins in them. And canned vegetables too are processed and are not nearly half as good as fresh vegetables. When you purchase your vegetables it would be a good thing to check to see if the label says that it is pesticide free.

Pick a variety of foods from all food groups every day. Change the items included in your diet every day. This is an excellent way of keeping deficiency diseases at bay and it helps you to experiment with a variety of dishes and there by you do not get bored of your diet.

Alcoholic beverages too are not good for you. Beer can be fattening and the rest of the alcoholic drinks may not be fattening by themselves but after a couple of swigs you will be in no position to watch your diet and your appetite too will be something to battle with.

It’s always best to have breakfast within an hour of waking so that your body can charge itself with the energy it needs for the day. The idea is not to wait for your self to get really hungry. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day but that does not mean that it should be the most filling meal of the day.

50 to 55% of your diet should be carbohydrates. It is a myth that you should try and avoid carbohydrates when you are on a diet. Rather the other way round I should say. Carbohydrates are a ready source of energy and so 50 to 55% of your diet should be carbohydrates.

25 to 30% of your diet should be proteins. Various processes and activities are going on in our bodies. Things are broken down and being built up again. Resistance has to be built up, recovery from disease too is needed and for all this the body needs plenty of proteins so see to it that 25 to 30 % of your diet consists of proteins.

Fats should only be 15 to 20 %. You need only this much of fat in your diet so keep it at that.

The above a just a few suggestions to get you started. I’m sure you can come up with many more. Just make sure they are healthy.

Little Known Facts Of Passing Kidney Stone

May 08, 2008 By: Health and Wellness Category: Education No Comments →

For a patient who is suffering from kidney stone, there is a treatment for the passing of kidney stones. The constituents, location and the size of the kidney stones affects the spontaneous passage of stones. Kidney stones that are less than 4 mm in diameter and lie in the lower ureter region, have a 90% probability of passing. On the other hand, stones greater than 6 mm in diameter have only a 20% probability of passing spontaneously.

passing kidney stones

The Surgical Treatment contains the following types of surgery for passing of kidney stones: Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, which is called as ESWL. In this shock wave treatment, a particular equipment is used by the physician to send shock waves in a direct line to the kidney stone. So these waves try to break the big stones into small pieces and then these small pieces flow and exerts from the urinary system of your body in the form of urine. Second method is percutaneous nephrolithotomy-lithotripsy; third one is Endourology which is endoscopic removal or manipulation and Open surgery.

Medical study states that 95% of stones can be removed without an incision employing the first three surgical treatment procedures. The technique, risk, benefits, success and potential complication vary, thus I would advise you to discuss these with your urologist. ESWL is one of the most popular methods today. It works by using shock waves to fragment your stone into small pieces (sand-like) that pass freely through the urinary tract. The urologist looks directly into the ureter during the endourologic procedures, and manipulates and retrieves the stone with small instruments. Both of these methods are low risk, highly successful, and usually done as day surgery on an outpatient basis.

Passing of kidney stones does not form again in our urine. Without proper treatment, after a stone has passed, or surgically removed or disintegrated by ESWL, the rate of recurrence is approximately 50%. On the other hand, with proper surgical and medical treatment the recurrence rate can be reduced to 10% or less. However, in order to select proper medical management after treating urinary calculi it is imperative that the individual undergo a thorough medical evaluation of the urinary stone.

Urinary stone medical evaluations go through some stages of the patient. These stages are: detailed clinical history, physical examination, urine and blood tests, kidney x-ray and ultrasound.

There is only possibility of kidney stones to wash out . These kidney stones can not be dissolved in our urine. Many types of of kidney stones are made up of calcium and therefore they cannot be dissolved easily; however, stones caused by uric acid and cystine are easily dissolved.

If anyone has ever visited a large shopping department store and visited the pharmacy section, they will have probably noticed all of the various stop smoking aids. There are many brand named aids and the stores own brands displayed all together. Whether it’s nicotine gum, lozenges or even patches, there is an abundance of aids for every varying need. Dependant on the level of smoking that a person indulges in, there are different sorts of aids varying levels to aid a smoker to reduce down from the varying nicotine levels until stopping is made easier.

Stop Smoking Aids

The initial aid to stop smoking to look at is the nicotine chewing gum. A lot of the gums come with four milligram or two milligram doses. For many people, the four milligram chewing gum helps to quell the very severe cravings that come from nicotine addiction. When the severe attacks are under control they will reduce down to two milligram of gum and then gradually wean themselves from the nicotine addiction. Named brands and store brands will work exactly the same way. The only variance is normally the different flavors that are available in the named brands.

Lozenges are another stop smoking aid to talk about. In place of chewing the lozenges should be sucked like a lifesaver candy. A number of people will prefer the lozenges over the chewing gum, chewing whilst in a meeting or talking to a group of people is considered bad manners. They can go on through their day without fear of offending others. These lozenges are also available in various flavors and different brands.

Another Stop Smoking Aid

For many people, the utilization of a nicotine patch is the best way to go. They do not have to cease and use something to quell the nicotine cravings. Patches remain on whilst they are busy at work. Patches work very much simularly as other medicines that gradually reduce the cravings for nicotine. This can be a very effective stop smoking aid. It will depend on each separate individual to choose which aid will be the best for them.

Stop Smoking Hypnoses

These stop smoking aids can also be employed for those who have an addiction to smokeless tobacco. Most people who indulge in smokeless tobacco find the nicotine gum works better for them. The gum should be chewed a little and then be placed in between the mouth gum and cheek for the best result.

Whichever choice a person uses as a stop smoking aid, if it transpires that it did not help, then that is alright, just try another method. just don’t give up trying. People will use varying sorts of aids in different places, situations and circumstances. The most important thing to remember is that you can stop smoking. Just think about all the money smokers spend on cigarettes that go to the tobacco companies. This by its self should give you the added incentive to assist others and yourself quit.

Disease Rates Up Dramatically Since 1940 - Learn How To Protect Yourself For Free.

May 01, 2008 By: Health and Wellness Category: Education No Comments →

My wife and I were just looking for a safe, proven way to help
our childs’ “un-resolvable” illness challenge, but we’ve learned
some amazing science along the way. I hope you will
feel like you’ve learned something useful via this article about
unknown, yet critically profound, nutrient deficiencies all around us.

Did you know that scientific studies show that in 1951, an
adult women could consume just 2 peaches and receive the
current RDA of vitamin A, yet today, that women would have
to consume over 50 peaches to receive the same amount of
vitamin A? (USDA Study results noted in Pediatrics Journal,
1998, 133(5): 593-600.)

These kinds of nutrient deficiencies in both vitamin and
mineral content have been noted in many studies and, because
of this the USDA has now changed their 5-7 servings of FRESH
fruits and vegetables to 10-12 servings daily and both they and
the AMA (JAMA, Jun 2002) have added the recommendation to
include a quality supplement in your diet. They recognize we are
not getting all of what our bodies need from modern grown food.

There are lots of reasons for these nutrient losses, some
of them being:

Green picking, failure to let the soil rest, chemical
fertilizer dependence including just the minerals NPK (which
is all that’s needed to grow good looking crops, yet our
bodies need 50+ minerals to function optimally) and the
widespread usage of toxic chemicals.

Quoting U.S. Senate document #264: “The alarming fact is
that foods (fruits, vegetables, and grains) now being raised
on millions of acres of land that no longer contain enough
of certain minerals and are starving us. No matter how much
of them we eat, no man today can eat enough fruits and
vegetables to supply his system with the minerals he
requires for perfect health because his stomach isn’t big
enough to hold them. The truth is that our foods vary
enormously in value, and some of them aren’t worth eating as
food.”

So, you have numerous studies over many years proving critical missing nutrients, minerals, plant sterols, antioxidants and monosaccarides that are suppossed to cover everyone of your cells. Verifying science and web links to multiple studies are included within our Free Wellness Newsletters, noted below. These losses, along with additional modern oxidative stress (such as 75,000 synthetic chemicals introduced since 1935, some found in the snow in both the north and south pole and in Penguin tissue) cause untold problems for our cells. Actually, modern science estimates that your cells take 10,000 “hits” per day. These chemicals and pesticides, along with studies of antibiotics in the water supply of 100 cities tested, cause breakdowns at the cellular level.
